Your one clickDriver details reach Neblo however is easiest - forwarded into Telegram, pasted in, or typed into the dashboard. Neblo reads the unstructured message and fills in the name, date of birth, licence number and state. HR glances at the card and presses the button. Nothing else is asked of them.

Authorization goes to the driver
No action neededThe driver is asked to sign their background-check authorization on their phone. This has to come before any record is pulled, so Neblo puts it first, waits for the signature, and keeps it on file.

MVR and PSP are ordered
No action neededThe driving record and the PSP report are pulled together from the details already on the card. A clean result carries on by itself; a borderline one is the one case that lands in HR's review queue.

Identity is verified on the driver’s phone
No action neededOnce the records pass, the driver gets a link by Telegram and SMS: take a selfie, photograph the CDL front and back. The face is matched against the licence, so the person you hired is the person whose record you pulled.

Agreement signed · driver hired
You get notifiedYour own hire agreement goes out for e-signature and the signed PDF comes back into the DQ folder. Neblo tells you the driver is hired with a complete file - the first message since your click.

The DQ folder builds itself
Driver qualification files are the paperwork carriers get caught on. In Neblo the folder isn't something HR assembles at the end - each step drops its own document in as it completes, and the checklist shows you what's still missing.
Consent comes first, always. Driving records and PSP reports are regulated under FCRA and DPPA. Neblo captures the driver's written authorization before a single record is requested, timestamps it, and keeps the authorization in the file alongside the reports.
